Bethany Littlebird is a science fiction and fantasy writer living in Toronto.

Once, not too long ago, Bethany was a graphic designer, a broadcast animation art director, a marketing artist at a video game company, and a virtual set designer for a major news organization. Now she writes books. Well, she always wrote books—but now she lets people read them.

Bethany is a student in the MFA in Creative Writing program at the University of British Columbia, where she holds a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) award for her Master’s thesis and an Indigenous Graduate Fellowship for 2023. Her new adult urban fantasy novel was chosen for the 2023 Annick Press Mentorship Program.
